FAQ
Yes! Anywhere up to 30 miles is free. We are available to travel outside of that circle for an additional $2 per mile (this charge is only aded one way, not for the roundtrip mileage).
Of course! We love helping out clients curate their own personal drink menus. As part of your consultation we will guide you through the process of picking what drinks will best fit your event and audience. We are also happy to pick the drinks for you if that's something you would just like off your plate.
We do not require a deposit for events with a head count of less than 200 hundred. For events with 200 or more guests we require a deposit of 25% to reserve your event date. The remaining 75% will be due within a week of your event date.
Of course! We always encourage our customers to reserve their date as early as possible to ensure it is not taken by someone else. While we are able to accommodate some events with a few days notice, other days book up months in advance.
All of our drinks are alcohol-free.
We encourage our customers to give the best estimate they can for a headcount. However, we understand that circumstances can change and you cannot control the number of people that show up to your event. We always bring enough supplies to service a guest count of up to 15% more than estimated free of charge. If the event exceeds that 15% then you will be charge the total per person cost + $1.00 for each additional person served.
